  • Condictions General

​

  • All day trips have an estimated time. We will give you time to have a peaceful and pleasant tour.

  • All our tours and transfers are private.

  • Tour times and itineraries are flexible. The important thing is to provide a wonderful day and meet the wishes of customers.

  • Entrance fees to the Monument are not included in the Tour Price so that the Tourist can decide whether toor visit any of the Monuments (Except the Tours already mentioned).

  • Time is set for the visit to the Interior of the Monuments

  • In order not to jeopardize the Tour program, we give you enough time for a leisurely visit to the Interiors of the monuments.

  • Time management for visits to the interiors of monuments, stop for photographs and lunch time is made by the driver, who will consider the tour program and the interests expressed by customers.

  • We do not have a contract with restaurants. We only recommend the restaurant where you can have lunch. The choice is up to the customers.

  • The Tour will be carried out in a vehicle, with a maximum capacity of 4 passengers.

  • Vehicle with the following free extras:

    •     Bottled water

    •     Gum / Candy

    •     Mobile Charger (Android / iPhone)

    •     wifi

    •     Children's chair (from 3 years old)

  • Payment for the trip must be made in cash or by credit card at the beginning or end of each trip.

  • Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish

  •   Cancellation policy

​

  • Cancellation by Toursportoone gives the right to reschedule the Experience or to a full refund of the amounts paid.

  • Withdrawals within 1 week prior to the Experience or no-show do not entitle to a refund or rescheduling.

  • Withdrawals up to 30 days before the Experience are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid (minus 3% due to the transaction fee) or to reschedule the Experience up to 1 year after the original date and subject to availability.

  • After the Experience, there will be no compensation except for an unforeseen situation attributable to Portooneprivatediscovery.

  • No-show policy: for shared experiences, there is a 15-minute grace period after the agreed time; for private experiences, there is a 30-minute grace period after the agreed pick-up time. If the participant does not show up after the tolerance time without any kind of notice or contact, it will be considered a no-show without the right to refund.

  • Medical Cancellationss - Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the start of the Experience, in case of sudden illness. We will also accept cancellations due to (but not limited to):

  • Contracting covid-19;

  • Contact with an infected person and mandatory self-isolation;

  • Government change in travel permits and policies;

  • Illness or injury preventing participation in the experience.

  • To be eligible for a refundin accordance with the medical cancellation policy, proof will be required. If proper documentation (e.g. medical certificate, pharmacy invoice) is not provided within 5 working days of the intended date of the experience, the refund request will fall under our general cancellation policy.

  • The medical cancellation policy is only applicable to the affected participant

                                                                               

  • Right of Admission

  • Toursportoone reserves the right to refuse the admission of any client or passenger who is intoxicated, under the influence of psychoactive substances, and that could endanger the integrity of other clients and passengers, driver or vehicle.

  • In this situation, there will be no entitlement to any compensation.

  • We know that most of our Experiences are focused on gastronomy and alcoholic beverages. We recommendthat you consume products responsibly so that you can fully enjoy the experiences we provide

  • Accidents and insurance

​

  • Damage to vehicles caused by our customers (accidental, misuse, or negligence) is the responsibility of the customers and Toursportoone reserves the right to be compensated for the damage caused. To avoid these situations, open food or drinks (except water) are not allowed inside the vehicles.

  • In any circumstances Toursportoone will be responsible for any items left in the vehicle after the end of the experience

 

  •  When booking an experience with Toursportoone, the customer agrees and accepts the above conditions.
